"The unit is located on the western edge of east Vallejo.
It is isolated from the rougher aspects of the city. The complex
itself is quiet and secluded; situated in a very well kept, park-like
setting with some recreational grounds. It doesn't have the "complex"
feel but rather the individual residence feel and some amenities that
add to the grounds, such as a tennis court, clubhouse and secluded
swimming pool (not a centralized court or pool but a much more private
and aesthetically pleasing swim area across from the buildings).
The bottom level of the actual unit consists of a two car garage with
plenty of storage space (we were spared needing to get a separate
storage unit). The 2nd level has a balcony overlooking Vallejo. It
faces West and hence has a spectacular view of most of Vallejo, the
Bay and the sunsets.There is very ample closet space throughout. Our
family of 4 has fit quite nicely.
